XWF Rules

Section 1: Role Plays
101. No racial, ethnic or sexual comments in your rp but swearing is permited.
102. No using using other wrestlers in your rp's unless they are in your stable, that wrestler oked it or you have the Vice Prez or Prez's permission.
103. Don't ask staff for there opion on rps or who is winning a match.
104. If a champion gose on vacation or is suspended he looses his belt. This is too keep things going.
105. USE THE RP BOARDS FO RPS ONLY! If it is not a rp use the OOC board. Also please do not sedn the same rp 3-4 times cause the html dose not work. If it don't work, tuff.
106. Rps must be realistic, no having your guy fly or be invisible.
107. you can't use all of old matches or any other make up match that doesn't have anything to do with the current assigned match.
108. The XWF staff reserves the right to edit, censor or use any part or entire rp(s) posted on the XWF rp, OCC or rumor borad.
109. No imitating or pretending to perform terrorist acts threw verbal or actions or in any means suggest comitting a terrorist act unless it is CLEARLY directed towards the taliban or Asamma Bin Laden.
110. No actions or statements shall disrespect the United States of America or any of its allies. This includes disrespect towards the falgs money or anything that remotly repersents the United States or it's allies.
Section 2: Non Roleplaying
201. No complaining about results or when results will be out.
202. No Spaming XWF members, No Advertising, No Chain letter. No e-mailing the fed to ask a question, you may e-mail indivals members if is about the XWF.
203. If you quit please ONLY e-mail the VP and Pres. Do not e-mail the rest of the fed. They do not care.
204. No harassing members of the fed or staff. We have 0 tolerance for this.
205. have fun.
Section 3: Joining the XWF
301. 2 wrestle max per person.
302. Fake and Real wrestler are allowed but Fakes are strongly perfered.
303. All of your application must be filled out to be considered.
304. You MUST supply a sample rp in your XWF application.
305. You must rp 30 lines in 1 rp with in 3 days of filling out your application or your fired.
306. If you are rejected from the XWF you must wait 30 days from piror application to fill out a new application.
307. When you are accepted into the XWF you must sign a wrestling contract with the VP or President. While you are under contract you must follow the rules specified in the contract or you will be fired. Clauses may be added to the contract which would exclude or impose certain rules. If a wrestler adbides by his contract he can only be fired in a certified match. While under contract the wrestler may not report the XWF for any pieces of mail they recieve or anything seen on the site.
Section 4: Staff's Job
401. President's Job. The President owns 50% of the federation and hires and fires people at will. He can book match, add gimmicks and suspend people. He is responsible for advertising and handling major decisions His decision can only be over ruled by a vote where 100% of the staff are opposed.
402. Vice President's Job. The Vice President or VP owns 50% of the fed and is responsible for results and the website. He Also can hire and fire people at will and impose suspensions. He can also add stipulation and book matchs. His decisions can be over ruled by the President or by a vote where 85% of the wrestlers are imposed.
402a. The Chairmans's Job. The Chairman is an assitant to the Vice President and shall help him when he needs help. He has the power to hire and fire anyone. He can be over ruled only by both the VP and president. HE may also book matches.
403. The CEO's Job. The CEO is responsinle for recruiting wrestler and advertiing the fed. He can also add stipulations and book matchs. He may also hire and fire wrestlers. His decisions may be over ruled by the VP or President.
404. The Commish's Job. The Commish is responsible for booking matchs and adding stipulations to matchs. He also recruits and advertises the fed. He may also hire and fire wrestlers His decsions may be over ruled by the CEO, VP or President.
405. Director of Wrestling Realtions or The DWR is responsible for handling wrestler's questions, recruiting and advertising. He may hire wrestlers but not fire them. His decisions can be over ruled by any of the 5 staff members listed above.
406. Firing Staff. The VP or President may fire a staff memeber if he dose not do his job. If a staff memeber dose do his job he can only loose his staff job in a certified match or when his contract expires.
407. If a staff member becomes incapacitated and is not able to discharge his duties then the staff below him shall take over. If there is no position below his then he shall name his replacement or a higher up staff member shall name it. If a staff member moves up then he shall name his replacement for his lower level staff position.
Section 5: Admendments
501. If a wrestler wishes to suggest a admendment they must fill out the form which is at the top of this page.
502. When an admendmnt is suggested it must first be passed by 4 out of the 5 staff memebers and then 75% of the wrestlers.
503. To extract a current rule the extraction must be passed by 100% of the staff and then 80% of the wrestlers.
504. Admendments and extractions may be proposed only once a month. If rejected it must wait 1 full month from date of voting.
505. All wrestler votes will be secret ballet, only VP and President may see them.
506. All admendment and extraction proposals will be put under the admendment section with the votes for each side. This is regardless of if it is passed or rejected.
Section 6: XWL and XWF
601The XWL: Xtreme Wrestling League is the official sister fed of the XWF: Xtreme Wrestling Federation.
602. Wrestler may be sent to the XWL under these conditions. (a)Contract has expired and VP or President want to send him down. (b)Looses a match where the stipulation is looser gose to the XWL match. (c)They ask to go down to the XWL.
603. Wrestlers may sent to the XWF from the XWL under these conditions. (a)Contract expires and Director of Operations or Chairman think he should be sent there. (b)Wins a match where the stipulation is winner gose to the XWF. (c)Contract expires and fills out a form to be moved to the XWF and staff of XWF and AWL agree.
604 No wrestler may be sent to the XWL from the XWF or sent from to the XWF from the XWL if none of those conditions above are met.
Section 7: Punishments
701 Any wrestler who breaks 5 or more rules in the XWF rule book in a perios for 3 months may be fired.
702 If a wrestler dose not rp for 3 straight matches with out filling a vacation form he may be fired.
703 Any wrestler who breaks a rule in thsi rule book may be punished without warning.
704 No wrestler may be suspended for more then 7 cards for any one rule infraction.
XWF Rule Admendments
